WHAT'S YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY?
Your order just isn’t exactly what you were expecting? Please email us at email@example.com and we’ll help get your order returned or exchanged. If you have not received a response from us, please check your SPAM folder. You can expect a response within two (2) business days.
All returns or exchanges must be filed within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. In the event of an exchange/return, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the reason for return is a product defect, or the customer received the wrong item).
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Of course! If you reach out to us within one hour during regular business hours, we can change or cancel your order immediately. Otherwise, we can always help you return or exchange any item.

Standard shipping is determined based on order value. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. For standard shipping rates, please see table below:

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, do not worry! Your order will usually take around 24-48 hours to be dispatched. Please note, tracking can take around 24-48 hours to update after dispatch. Orders with multiple items may ship separately with separate tracking numbers.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ITEM?
Depends on the shipping method selected. Typically, standard shipping takes 2-5 business days and priority shipping takes 2 -3 business days. Orders to Alaska & Hawaii may take up to 5 extra business days.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time we only ship to US customers.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE FUN SHOPS AND THE SHOP.CARNIVAL.COM STORE?
The Fun Shops are found on the Carnival.com website and include cruise essentials (e.g. stateroom décor, celebration cakes, water packages, etc.) for your next Carnival cruise. Products on the Fun Shops can only be shipped to a stateroom. Whereas the Shop.Carnival.com store offers a range of product that can only be shipped to your home.
